Formula is correct but returns A Value Is Not Available to the Formula or Function.

I am just now learning how to use the Index, Match formula. First it was the number, text thing with an error of #Value. Now I keep receiving #N/A and I don't have any blank cells. What am I missing?

    Put IFERROR function around it.
