I have a pivot table giving me the total $$ metric for my team in one column for row A, with subsequent rows having the individual team members' $$ metrics that add up to what is in row A. Because my team's headcount often changes, I am looking for a way to apply conditional formatting, but that makes it so that the cell in row A changes color depending on the average $$ per person.
So Row A has $1000, Row B has $300, Row C has $500, and Row D has $200.
How can I make it so that the cell in Row A turns red because the average of Rows B:D is higher than $300?
Is there a way to format a cell based off of the average values of a separate group of cells? I am also trying to make it use the generic "Light Red/Green Fill with Dark Red/Green Text" formatting.
