Change existing formula

Hello all,

I have a formula in column O which returns me a lot of thing depending what I have entered in le columns before.
How can I change now the exisiting formula that when entering in column A (drop down list) Gemba Walk (No Findings) it returns me "NO FINDINGS" in column O. For more details pls see attached file.
