2 different sheet matched and multiply if same

Hi,
I have got 2 Sheets, Sheet1 and Sheet2

Sheet1
A1 B1 C1 D1
A2 B2 C2 D2
A3 B3 C3 D3
A4 B4 C4 D4
A5 B5 C5 D5

Sheet2
A1 B1 C1
A2 B2 C2
A3 B3 C3
A4 B4 C4
A5 B5 C5

If the Cell Values of A1 AND B1 from Sheet1, matches with Cell Values of A1 AND B1 from Sheet2, then MULTIPLY C1 (Sheet1) with C1 (Sheet2). Now Display the result in D1 (Sheet1).
