    Conditional Formatting Formula Needed

    I have an accounts receivable list with the invoice date and amount listed in two different columns side by side. I've conditionally formatted the Invoice date to change colors when it is greater than 60 days, 90 days, etc. How do I get the amounts to change the same color as the invoice dates?

    Thank you so much!

    Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    So if the date was in column H and the amount was in column I - what formula would I use?

    "exactly the same conditions"

    or try copying the format to the I cells using Format painter (paintbrush tool top left of ribbon)

    Attach a sample spreadsheet, remove any sensitive data, create a mockup example if necessary.
    Use the Go Advanced option at the bottom of the page then scroll down to Manage Attachments as the "paperclip" method does not work on this forum.

    Re: Conditional Formatting Formula Needed

    Try this

    Clear the Conditional Formatting from the ENTIRE SHEET.

    Select H5

    Conditional Formatting
    New Rule
    Use a formula to determine...
    5 formulas needed, do not enter the formula for white "blanks only", not needed
    Remove the spaces either side of the < >, this forum doesnt like less than greater than together, it thinks it's HTML

    =AND($H5 < > 0,$H5 < TODAY()-365)
    format as BLACK
    =AND($H5 < > 0,$H5 < TODAY()-180)
    format as RED
    =AND($H5 < > 0,$H5 < TODAY()-120)
    format as YELLOW
    =AND($H5 < > 0,$H5 < TODAY()-90)
    format as GREEN
    =AND($H5 < > 0,$H5 < TODAY()-60)
    format as PINK

    Use Format painter (paintbrush icon) to copy to other cells, ie H5:H250 and J5:J250
