Need to use formula to lookup most recent "Agent" by date 4 a list of customers over 2yrs

The original file expands for the entire year, but ofc only limited data is provided. I need to use the date column to find the most recent agent attached to a customer.

Not sure where you wanted the list of most recent (MR) agents so I set up a small range in columns AD:AF of customers, MR dates and MR agents. The array entered formula* for the MR agents column is:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

*activated by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
Let us know if you have any questions.
