Daily cash allowance Excel formula

Hi. I am not very advanced with Excel formulas but I was asked to create a formula that will calculate daily cash and credit card allowance. Our staff can spend no more that £70.00 or 130.00 Turkish Lira or $100.00 daily. However if they don't use the whole amount on one day, they can use the remaining allowance on another day (f.ex. if today they spend $50.00, tomorrow they can spend $150.00). Formula can relates only to one currency as I am going to create three separate spreadsheets for each currency. Thanks for any help in advance. Artur

You need to post a sample file showing your anticipated data as your post implies spending can be a mixture of cash and credit card on any one day.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on REPLY then GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I have attached the template. I need a formula in column K ("within budget" or "over budget"). In given example formula should state "within budget".
Daily food allowance is £70.00. This allowance relates to food only (expense type 3) so if expense type is f.ex transport (expense type 1), formula should give f.ex "-".
For four days person spent £270.00 on food (£70.00 x 4 days = £280.00 so "within budget") even if on 2nd and 3rd day daily allowance was higher than £70.00.
Formula should exclude from daily allowance denim sample purchased on on 4th Jan.
I am not sure if I am clear enough. The template can be amended and other column added if needed.
I have also added the file which was used before with functions(Subsistance-food/drink expenses must be included in a main sheet)

1). We need a table giving Daily Allowance to each type of expense.

2). The "Within Budget" appears to work on a period basis e.g Weekly not Daily: is this correct? If so we need to define the week numbers (Can use Excel WEEKNUM function for this).

3). Is the "budget" test to be applied to All expenses: if we are "Within Budget" for Food but "Over Budget" for Travel ..... ???

Many thanks for your quick response.
1. £70.00 is a daily allowance to food. Other expenses - we do not have daily allowance (we have expenses policy but no amounts mentioned; price must be reasonable depending on the purpose etc).
2. Our staff claims expenses once a month.
3."Budget" test applies to food only (as we have daily allowance). If another type of expense, we can leave blank or "-".

Question: do we calculate allowancet over a month and then check if within bounds?l
