Looks like you got the file attached?

I will take a look for you
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

So in F28, you want to show a match for Summary and the Label - for Period 08?

Is the Key unique? could you use that instead?
Will there be more than 1 match?

FDibbins
Thanks for looking in to my problem.

Yes. The key is unique for each row.
I used Parent Name as this is the only link to connect Parent and child.

If its a single row my current formula works for Period , Estimate, Actuals for each phase (F28, G28, H28)
But when it has multiple rows, I am stuck up. (F29,G29, H29)
Expected results
F29: P08, P09 (All period for investigate)
G29:H7+H8 (total estimate efforts for investigate)
H29:I7+I8 (total actual efforts for Investigate

Your help is very much appreciated.

But if Key is unique, and you have that, why do you need anything else?

Key?
Please explain me.
If possible can you reflect your idea into the attachment and
Help me?
Sorry for the inconvenience
