Hello, I have a large table and I need to be able to easily search table by row & get corresponding column header & intersecting cell. I have attached an example of what I am working with.

This is one way.
With a drop down in J4 for Device #s try this array entered formula in J5 and copy across until you get blanks. If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.Then array enter this formula in J6 and copy across until you get blanks.Formula:
