days calculation

Hi, can help me with a formula please?
in cell A1, I put a random date.
in another cell, I have to calculate 1 working day before the end of 2 months later.

for example, in Cell A1, I input 24th Mar.
60 days (2 months) after this date is 23rd May.
I need excel to calculate till 30th May, 1 working day before the end working day, 31st May.
How could I calculate the days from 24th March to 30th May then?
