    Vlookup issue

    Hello Everyone,

I seem to have fallen down the rabbit hole again and am stuck with excel
I want excel to look at my concatenate from sheet 1 and sheet 2 and when there is a match to display the value from sheet 2 to "value from sheet 2" column in sheet 1

Vlookups have me confused, I tried index but with no such luck. I have attached a file here so you can see what I am trying to do

Any help, I've been at this for days and am just lost on how to proceed. Many thanks for any help, as always it is greatly appreciated

    Re: Vlooup issue

    Try

    =IFERROR(INDEX(Table3[@Value1],MATCH([@Concatenate1],Table3[Concatenate],0)),"")

I only found 1 match (did not do manual check)!

    Hello John

Thank you so much! Will this also work if the two tables are on the same sheet? If so how would the formula look?

The only change would be the TABLE names.

    See attached.
