Insert dynamic time contstantly updated

Hi

I need to show the continuously updated current time (hh:mm) in an excel sheet which is projected for students to see. The sheet contains other, static, data.
I understand the "NOW()" function, but need to know how to use the time from my computer's system clock to update it minute by minute.
(I'm running v 12.0 2008 on a Mac)
