What formula to use in 24hr time format

I´m trying to make a work sheet and I´m using 24hr format.

In one column I input when I started, in another column I input when I leave work. In the third column I get how many hours I worked. However, since I´m on 24hr format, what formula can I use for when I for example start at 22:00 and end work at 01:00. I have worked for 3 hours, but Excel calculates something else. Is it also the same formula for when I start working at 22:00 and end at 00:00? Look at cell F7 and F8 for more info.

For your formulas to work correctly you will need to put the date in the columns along with the time.
    ie. 5/1/2017 14:00
