Help needed with Gantt project excel sheet with half days included

Hi All

I am pretty limited with use on excel, so need some help. I am using the Gantt template from Excel 2016 and trying to amend to use it for a workshop planner but with half days included. So a job may start in the PM of day 18 and finish in the AM of day 26.

How can I do this so the filled cells pick up half days as well?

We can't do much with a PICTURE of an Excel sheet - why don't you attach the file itself, and point out exactly what you want to achieve?

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Please note that the Paperclip icon does not work.
