    Conditional Formatting for Sentence Case

I have a table with three columns which I have applied conditional formatting to. The formula works if I make all of the 'profile engagement scores' lower case, but if they are upper case and the letters in the formula are also upper case, the cells are not highlighted correctly.

How do I fix this so it works when the profile engagement scores are in upper case?Untitled.jpg

Use the LOWER function to ensure case is consistent.

Sorry but where about should I be putting this formula? Within the current conditional formatting formula somewhere?

All works fine when the profile scores are in lower case but not when they are in upper case, which is what I want them to be in.
