When creating a new rule in conditional formatting I input,
=IF(AND(AND(AND(OR($B$5<0.011,$B$5>0.0215),$B$2>0,$B$2<400),$B$4>=2,$B$4<=2.499),$B$1=”Galling”),TRUE,IF(AND(AND(AND(OR($B$5<0.011,$B$5>0.0235),$B$2>=400,$B$2<500),$B$4>=2,$B$4<=2.499),$B$1=”Galling”),TRUE,IF(AND(AND(AND(OR($B$5<0.011,$B$5>0.0255),$B$2>=500,$B$2<600),$B$4>=2,$B$4<=2.499),$B$1=”Galling”),TRUE,IF(AND(AND(AND(OR($B$5<0.011,$B$5>0.0275),$B$2>=600,$B$2<700),$B$4>=2,$B$4<=2.499),$B$1=”Galling”),TRUE,IF(AND(AND(AND(OR($B$5<0.011,$B$5>=0.0295),$B$2>=700,$B$2<800),$B$4>=2,$B$4<=2.499),$B$1=”Galling”),TRUE)))))
but it doesn't highlight the given range red. When I switch the value, "Galling", with a numerical value like 5 it works. I can't figure out how to make the given conditional formatting rule work with the value; "Galling"
