Removing Duplicate that are not exactly the same - screenshot example attached

I've had this issue for a long time and never have figured out an easier way. If I have an Excel sheet with tons of data and I want to remove duplicates, but the data is not always EXACTLY the same, what can I do?? (BESIDES going row by row, column by column)

You can try concatenating bits of cells where you know the data is the same but unique to each person then use Conditional formatting to find the duplicates.

Consider "standardising" data where possible using FIND/REPLACE:

e.g. change Rd to Road, St/Str to Street, Crt to Court

This should give a better "match" rate.
