Sum up multiple sheets with criteria

I am recording the customers that come to my shop everyday.

I make the record everyday on one sheet. So I end up having a number of sheets like this.

And I have a summary page like this.

Here's what I want to do, sum up the total of customers according to weekdays, both male and female.
e.g. No. of customers on Mondays in June

I know that probably involves sumproduct and indirect, but somehow I didn't know how to do sum up multiple sheets.

Please help!!

Hi,

The best advice I can give is DON'T record your customers on separate sheets for different days.

Use a single sheet and create a normalised two dimensional table. Then it will be a doddle to use a Pivot Table to analyse everything you want, and you'll avoid formulae altogether.

So create a table with two columns for

Date
Gender - a drop down will allow you to pick either M or F

This also lends itself to capturing other information. For instance if yuo want to record any sale you might make then just add another column and enter an amount.
