    Conditional Formatting Icon Sets

Is it possible to get more than the 4 traffic lights on the conditional formatting rules.

I have 6 conditions I would like to be met and have an icon/traffic light for each but the best I can do is the 4 icons?

Is there any way of increasing the conditions and icons or creating my own bespoke list etc?

    Re: Conditional Formatting Icon Sets

Couldnt you use wingdings font or similar (look for black circle perhaps) and use Condtional Formatting with formulas to display different coloured circles?

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    Re: Conditional Formatting Icon Sets

    See attached workbook
This is similar to @Special-K suggestion

"Icons" in column B are letters "s" to "z" using font Windings3
    Formula in B2 copied down:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then conditional formatting applied to column B determines font colour

    OR:
simply conditionally "fill" cell in column B based on value in columnA
(avoids creating a lookup table and using fonts)

    - see sheet1 in attached workbook
uses a separate colour fill rule for each band of 100 numbers
rules are applied in sequence and so each rule is a simple "> than"
(so do not need > than 0 and < than 101)
