    Averageif help

    Hi

    i need to find the Average Time To Hire based on column K. I've tried to create an AverageIf but can't seem to get it to work.

    The formular needs to find the average based on financial year (Col M), Status - Filled (Col J), Quarter (Col L) & All Region (Col E)

    PLease can someone help

    Hi Avk, thanks for this however i can't get it to work still. I have attached the actuall spreadsheet. The data is all hypothetical so no need to worry about data protection.

    I need to fill row 32 on the on the summary tab. Everything i try seems to come back with an error.

    Essentially i need to work out the average, by looking at Col J by "Filled" + Col K + Col E + Col P (Based on Financial year on summary tab) & Col O (Based on quarter on summary)

    formula is in C32 (cannot put in here, something with SUCURI went wrong)

    see row 24 with years defined
    and B25 with list defined
