Reminder prompts using pivot table or other

    Hi
Im trying to set up a dash on the attached excel document which will show me various prompts form the tab DATABASE, someone mentioned pivot table would be a good solution, but I dont have the know how.

If possible I would like to have the following prompts each time i open the dash tab

    Each row represents a concert

1 Cities where the deposit is overdue
2 Cities where com status reads credit
    3. A table of prompts in date order for when I have to rebook a show

More than happy to look at any type of solution

    Many Thanks in advance

    Dave

Not real stylish, however it does deliver the information.
The array entered formula that displays the cities that have overdue deposits (yellow) is:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

The array entered formula that displays the cities that have com status credit (blue) is:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

The formula that shows cities based on the order of rebook dates (green) is:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

*Array entered formulas are activated by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.

Thanks for this, Im trying to understand the formulas you have created as new to me.
When I copied them from your post they gave slightly different results see attached and I wondered what I was doing wrong.
Could you give any more info on the activation of formulas as havent come across that before when do you press
    CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and on which cell?

Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift and Enter keys while the cell is still in edit mode.
So for 'Cities where the deposit is overdue':
    1) Select cell A2,
    2) Type or Paste the formula into the formula bar,
    3) Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift and Enter keys,
    4) Drag the fill handle down.
Note: The formula for 'Rebook order' requires only pressing the Enter key to activate.
