Financial Template - transfers formula based on criteria

Hi guys, I'm trying to figure what formulas needs to be used to transfer funds between different financial accounts, based on criteria entered in cells. Screenshots below.

I also attach the Excel file itself. Any solution to this? Could not find any valuable guides anywhere online... (ps: no macros please, wont apply here)

    In B5 copied down:

    =IFERROR(B12,0)+SUMIFS(Transfers!$D$4:$D$6,Transfers!$C$4:$C$6,'All Accs'!A5,Transfers!$F$4:$F$6,"R")-SUMIFS(Transfers!$D$4:$D$6,Transfers!$A$4:$A$6,'All Accs'!A5,Transfers!$F$4:$F$6,"R")

Re: Financial Template - transfers formula based on criteria

Thank you! I can see this one is complicated indeed...

    There are two things:

    1. the criteria needs to be 'R' OR 'C' (as per earlier guides) Was trying to get 'C' added to returned formula, just couldn't make it work..
    2. Payment and Deposit balances sometimes might be different (due to different currency, etc) but I can see the returned formula does not include 'Deposit' values

Is there an quick way to fix these?

You will need to explain how we are to deal with differences between payments and deposits first.

We don't deal with differences between balances.

Say one account is GBP and another is in USD. We transfer 100 GBP and receive 120 USD - difference disappear in currency exchange rates, no need to be recorded.

Here is a file with more visual details:
