Can someone help me with a formula to calculate the final score where every unit will get additional score of 5 if that group sum has gone above 250?

In P10
=IF(SUMIF(C:C,O10,D:D)>250,SUMIF(C:C,O10,D:D)+5,SUMIF(C:C,O10,D:D))
Or
=SUMIF(C:C,O10,D:D)+(IF(SUMIF(C:C,O10,D:D)-250>0,5,0))

Thanks for replying.
However, that's not what I was looking for. I want to put a formula to calculate an additional weightage of 5 to the score for every unit (U1 U2,.....) in the column E.
For example, Group J has scored 263 points (i.e.,>250), so every unit in group J will get 5 more points. I have manually added 5 to show my requirement in all the eligible units in the column E.
