Help with If function

Hi,

Im currently creating a sheet that works out/ tracks commission payments. i have most of it complete there is one thing i just cant get my head round.

Basically in a nutshell below is a picture of the raw data

the target is £128,000 everything above that i start to get accelerators that increase the payment

so if i was 110% over this it would be 0.06% of the money made

if it was 200% over it would be 0.75%.

would there be any excel would change the accelerator based on the amount over the target ?

also.. the amount on the left is the percent over ... on the right is the amount i would get percent wise.
