1. I have product full description in one coloumn. As it looks lengthy I want to take only product code separatly in another coloumn.
Which would be the easiest way to take it.

Try this to get product code but will only work with 3 or 4 digit codes
=TRIM(MID(A2,MIN(FIND({0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9},A2&{0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9})),4))
