IF Formula and freeze the data initially filed.

    Hi Guys,

    Good day.

I'm currently working on an excel sheet to track if an employee completed an e-learning or not. My challenge is the data in column H.

I've already set a condition that if column F is completed the data in Column H will be tagged as "N/A". Some of the employees have data on column H (dates) even though their status on column is "Incomplete". The date should be untouch even though the status will change from "Incomplete" to "Complete". Is there a condition formula to set this? Or should I insert a new row and create another formula?

    Thank you.

The sample data is insufficient to illustrate what you are trying to explain. This is all you have given us:

    Excel 2016 (Windows) 32 bit
    A
    B
    C
    D
    E
    F
    G
    H
    I
    J
    K
    1
    E-Learning #1
    E-Learning #2
    E-Learning #3
    E-Learning #4
    E-Learning #5
    Completion Status
    2 Weeks Prior
    Date Sent
    3 Days Prior
    Date Sent
    2
    Yes

    Yes
    Yes
    Yes
    Complete
    N/A
    N/A
    3
Yes No Yes Yes Yes Complete
    11/08/2017
    N/A
    11/08/2017
    Sheet: Sheet1

Why is F3 marked as complete? Why is there a formula in F2, but not in F3? You are going to need to add more sample data to illustrate the problem you say you have, because at the moment, it is far from evident.
