Change Rounding Formula to fit different rules

Here is a rounding formula that is made to work for "Rule Set 1" on the attachment. I'm trying to edit the formula to work for "Rule Set 2" with no luck. I appreciate any help on this.
    Thanks,

    Here's the Formula:
    =IF(MATCH($B4,{0.01,4.01,6.01,10.01})=COLUMNS($C4:C4),INT($B4)+MAX(CEILING(MOD($B4,1)+0.01,CHOOSE(MATCH($B4,{0.01,4.01,6.01,10.01}),0.1,0.2,0.5,1)),CHOOSE(MATCH($B4,{0.01,4.01,6.01,10.01}),0.2,0.4,0.6,1))-0.01,0)

How is this different from the post from earlier today, which you seem to have marked "solved" despite having had no replies? Please DO NOT duplicate posts. It's clutter. Please allow a reasonable amount of time to elapse (say 24 hours) and then bump your ORIGINAL post.

My apologies. I was hoping by marking it solved it would give me a way to delete it. I made the new post after I realized that I didn't need as much complexity as the original.
    Thanks,

    Rule 08: Cross-posting Without Links

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Do not cross-post your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Expect cross-posted questions without a link to be closed and a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).

No further help to be offered, please, until the OP has complied with this request.

I've clearly shown my inexperience with forums. I certainly meant no disrespect, and of course value everyone's time. Please go ahead and simply delete my thread. Lesson learned.
    Thanks,

Re: Change Rounding Formula to fit different rules

All you have been asked to do is post a link to the parallel thread. Incidentally, I did not contribute further to your thread a) as nflsales' formual was clearly better than mine and b) I wasn't sure how to amend it...
