I am trying to create a worksheet that will let me enter two dates and in turn will determine how many US federal holidays are in between.
If it makes a simpler solution, I can make a list of the dates of each holiday on another sheet.
The objective is to accurately calculate how much bonus vacation I will accrue (I have to work holidays so I am credited 8 hours of extra vacation for every holiday that passes) during a time period.

A15: =A14 - A13 + 1 - NETWORKDAYS.INTL(A13, A14,"0000000", $A$2:$A$11) A16: =COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$11, ">=" & A13, $A$2:$A$11, "<=" & A14)
