Daily Rotating Schedule

Hi!

I'm not too excel savvy, and I'm in a pickle. I work for an outpatient clinic. We typically see the same clients every day. There is a daily schedule created - daily - most of the time it changes multiple times during the day due to client cancellations or employee call outs. Our scheduler currently doesn't have any type of formula on her excel sheet. She manually changes it, and it may take her up to 3 hours to compile a schedule. I was wondering if it were possible to create a schedule that can auto populate with the following constraints:

Client Schedule
Employee Schedule
What clients an employee can work with
Typicall 2 hour time blocks
