Formula to place value between brackets in target cell

Hi Folks

Is there a simple formula (not code) that will copy and place in the cell, next door or wherever, the value from between the brackets as follows?

EURE(.848920864531) .848920864531
ILSE(3.3453) 3.3453

I saw a few from the web and they look scary.
