Insert a name/value based on multiple criteria

HI Guys,
I need your help. I need to find and fill in a name/value based on 3 criteria. If Column B region , Column C Day, and Column D - L Hour matches I would like to automatically display the ops specialist name in Ops Specialist Name column A. Attached please find the sample file. I tried to do vlockup but I can't figure it our. Don't know if this is the right thing to do or if there is another formula better working for this.
Any help is very appreciated.

I found a workaround with a helper column. It works but is's a lot of work to update the Lookup Tap if there is a schedule change. Ideally I would rather read the data from the Schedule Tab if possible. Thanks, Martin

Looking at the file attached to the first post, try pasting the following formula into cell A2 on the 'Ops Specialist Name' sheet then double click to copy down:

HI JeteMC,
In first place it looked like it works but I found out if I make any chance in the schedule sheet it messes up. For example I delete in schedule C 22- 26 (Monday -Thursday) it should make an error or keep it empty on the OPS Specialist Name sheet but it uses the first available name. Also If I delete just on hour the slot should be empty but it always keeps the name there.
