I think your missing bit's and pieces of santex to make this work properly, unless I'm missing something.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you for coming to the rescue again, I have used this VB at work and it worked perfectly. FYI I made some modification so that the Macro recognized values in other columns and return a value in another column. Once Again I appreciate your time and assistance.
