How many WEEKEND DAYS & HOLIDAY DAYS between 2 dates in September

I have this formula:

=MAX(NETWORKDAYS.INTL(MAX(K2,DATE(2017,9,1)),MIN(L2,DATE(2017,9,30)),"1111100"),0)

which works well to count the WEEKEND DAYS that are also in September between 2 dates: (K2 & L2) .


I need it to also add to that count a list of specified list of HOLIDAY DAYS from a name range: 'Holidays2017'


I know that NETWORKDAYS.INTL allows you to specify a range of Holiday days but I can't work out how to insert it into this formula.

holidays is the last optional parameter and can be specified as a range, say "a1: a20" so this should point you in the right direction..
