Function to populate filtered data into a table on seperate tabs

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to populate the summary tables on each of the individual tabs (LATAM, EMEA, APAC and CICA) with values in column I (Failure Reason) from source data tab, specific to each of the regions.

My summary tab lists each of the Failure Reasons in column A (A2-A11) and my formula is as follows:

=COUNTIF('Source Data'!$I$2:$I$1745,A2)

I am looking for a way to count the number of occurrences for each type of failure reason, however, I'd like to have the data specific to each region (column H) if possible in each of the related tabs. I have attached a test version of the sheet with this post.
