Counting Total Calls Per Hour

Hello,

I am looking for a formula that will calculate the total amount of inbound calls received and answered during a specific time span.

I attached my workbook to this post. There are three sheets: one that has the answered call data, another with the unanswered call data, and finally the one that will calculate the total amount of calls received and answered.

I believe that formula I am looking for is going to be a COUNTIFS. It should filter the data by CallType: Inbound and by the Time Span that the call occurred.

Any help with this is much appreciated!

I recommend putting the start and end times in their own cells to reference.

Your times (in column B of the first 2 sheets) are seen as text values so in order for this formula to work, you have to convert them to numeric values.
To do this, in each sheet, highlight column B > Data > Text to Columns > Finish.

Then you can use COUNTIF formulas as you said in your original post.
