Array a row based on one column

Good afternoon,
I am really bad at arrays, but I know that I need one for what I am doing next.
I have two tables. the first one C:H is getting every person's information while the other table J:N is the one that needs the array. I want anyone that has a blank in column G to show up in the second table with all their information.

I'm sure this is easy and I found a couple things online, but I just have issues understanding arrays. Thank you for the assist!
