Return % Calculation IF (2 criterias to add)

Hi guys, probably a simple one for masters, just cant seem to find the way. Basically, there are already % calculation formula written, now its only about adding 2 criterias - calculate only if:

- same month AND previous month balances are greater than zero. If any balances are zero, show "-", and if less than zero, show 0%
