Cool Conditional formatting to filling cells based on values

    Dear experts,

I have attached here an excel chart for your kind help.

    My requirement is as below:

    >> A4 to A8 includes factory names. In the small table below(A11 to A15) also has the same factory names along with their "monthly booked capacity".

    >> C4 to C8 has the daily capacities of each factory.

    >> The main chart with the month and dates shows the progression of days. The cells formatted "brown" is a weekly holiday and "red" annual holidays..

    Requirement:

I need each factories capacity to be distributed in the cells from E based on the daily capacity, not as figure but coloring the cells. However, this capacity should not be calculated for "weekly holidays and annual holidays", and those cells should not be filled.

Additionally, vacant capacity should be highlighted in "blue". For example, in ACCL 8 days are vacant based on the planned capacity( B4/ no of working days = 700000/26)

I have done an example manually to show the outcome.

In ACCL factory the monthly booked capacity is 498032, and the daily capacity is 26923. Accordingly, the booked quantity can accommodate only for 18.49 days(19 days rounded up). I need some "conditional formatting solution" to do this work.

    Thanks in advance.

Conditional formatting does not do anything but show a specific formatting based on conditions you pass to it.
You will need to write a macro to pupoulate or change layouts or create lists, etc. etc.
