I don't know if my brain is fried today or what but how can I calcuate the following in Excel

If a sales rep had a 14% conversion of phone calls to clients and he got 25 clients this month, how many phone calls did he take?

I believe you want to divide the number of clients by the percentage to get the total number of phone calls.
In this case,
25/14% = 178.57 or 159 (rounded up) calls taken.
