generate rows dynamically with reference to other sheet

    Hi Experts,

I need help in deriving formula for the attached sheet.

    Reference:

Sheet "Allocation data" has the details to collect from users.
Sheet "Data sheet" has lookup data to be referenced/drop down in the sheet "Allocation data"
Sheet "Invoice CSV" is the csv file which we use to upload the data in the application.

I have highlighted the questions/help in red. could you please check and let me know if you have further questions?

    Regards,
    Senthil
