Pulling data from separate tab

Hi all. I was just given a roster to manage. We have two tabs, EAST and WEST, that pull to a rollup tab simply using = and the cell location on the EAST and WEST tab. The problem is these locations in the EAST and WEST change a few times a year, and we spend time going back and fixing it. Is there a way to pull the info from the EAST or WEST tab into the rollup using just the data in columns a and b?

If you name the ranges, you can use vlookup.

Thanks for the help! I can get all the columns to work as long as there is the =EAST!c2 in the first column...is there a way to use get the data to pull there the same way using indirect?

Ok, I figured it out by adding an extra column in front of all the data. Thanks again for your help!!
