Need a formula but unsure which one it is

Using the previous spreadsheet I posted
=SUM(COUNTIF(INDEX($C3:$AN3,MAX(1,A3-5)):INDEX($C3:$AN3,A3),{"W","D"})*{3,1})
and copy down.
