Removing excel MAX function without breaking formula

    Hey fellas,

I need some help at work; I have a formula in one of my spreadsheets that has a MAX function in it which I need to remove. When I try removing this function from the formula I receive an error that says "We found a problem with this formula".

    Here is said formula: =IF(ahtest,MAX(ROUND(SUM(F12:I12),0),0),0)

What I would like for the formula to look like is =IF(ahtest(ROUND(SUM(F12:I12),0),0),0)

What am I doing wrong in this formula? I can't seem to make it work without getting that error from Excel.

    Try something like...

    =IF(ahtest,ROUND(SUM(F12:I12),0),0)

Re: Removing excel MAX function without breaking formula

The MAX formula works like this:

    =MAX(value 1, value 2, etc.)

    So maybe this?

    =IF(ahtest,ROUND(SUM(F12:I12),0),0)

    EDIT: Too late!
