Search multiple specific Text in a range and find end result

Hello,

I have a issue when I have linked cells which populate from a user form, however if I can use a formulation to find the end result, I would prefer this

there are a list of (up to 10) text variables and once a product meets these, a Kit # is selected. There will be cases where the range will show blanks and these need to be disregarded.

the sheet Kit has all the variables in a table and the answer comes from column 1
I will also want to link the description in column 2 and the numerical costs in column 33/34

Any type of help would be appreciated
