    About SMALL function

    Hi, everyone!
    First of all this is my first post in this site of information.
    Ok, here I want to ask for some help.
    The problem is getting smallest date values of C904.
    In my excel file worksheet "events" I constructed array formula with SMALL function and it doesn't return smallest January date value of C904 in first place and also skips some smallest February date values.
    So, I inserted my excel file link.
    Is there any solution for this function?
