Extract selected column data based on column header info

I have an excel file with time series data of 30 years for more than 2000 stations ( 2000 columns) but I need to extract only 100 station data (100 columns) based on the station name. I dont want to copy every 100 station data manually.

For example

Date 102 105 106 107 108
1991/1/1 3 4 5 6 7
1991/1/2 3 2 4 5 5
1991/1/2

I want to extract column with the station id 105 and 107

In this example the original data has 5 stations from which i want to extract 2 stations data
But in my case i have more than 2000 stations from which i want to extract 100 stations data.
