Shoulder internal/external rotation angle from coordinates

Hi!

I have x,y,z of several time frames. How can I calculate shoulder internal/external rotation angle? I tried with an angle between 2 planes (wrist-elbow-shoulder vs. elbow-shoulder-hip, all on the right side of the body) but results are strange as you can see from the data/graph.
