    At least you should try to post a workbook to see data layout /
    Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    Re: Overall Performance Calculations

    I guess it would help if you could determine the best (minimum) value, say 300, which would ultimately score 10%.

    Then you would determine the worst value (max), say 450, which would score lowest, say 5%.

    Or whatever limits that make sense in your scenario.

    Re: Overall Performance Calculations

    Is it string like "360 sec" or just number 360 in a cell? What is your derived result with 360,350,330,390 and in which cel?
    That why a spreadsheet makes it easier.

    Re: Overall Performance Calculations

    Your values in column H are text format and crowded with spaces, so I used this formula to get them clean in column L;

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    And as I had suggested in post #3, I assigned highest and lowest AHT values (500 and 300, or whatever you choose) to correspond
    to 0% and 10% respectively and applied linear interpolation to get an increment value, as in cell M7 of the attachment.
    Then I subtract the clean AHT values in column L from the highest hypothetical value (500)and multiply that difference by the increment.

    I am not sure this is what you expect, but please run some tests and let us know if it works.
