Functions (SUM) not work with Data Table range

Hello My Expert Friend,

I have an web query sheet, which solve by an expert in this forum. Now I m facing problem with further analysis, data table reference didn't work with different formula in different cell/location
I need some more analysis based on the table data. Like, I want to calculate Total, & Average of buy/sell volume in different cell and count if the cell have value within range.

Why my formula not work like as simple? How will I able to do this?

Your is treated as TEXT not NUMBER:

Use Data==>Text to Columns ==>Step 3==General (Radio button)==>Finish
