SumProduct or DateValue or CountIfs or something else?

    SumProduct or DateValue or CountIfs or something else?

    Hi,

    I have attached a sample of workbook.

    In F22 and F23 I have had two cracks at working out if bank holidays fall between two dates and if so to count them.
    The answer should be 2 but I get #VALUE in F22 and 0 in F23.

    What have I done wrong?

    In F22

    =SUMPRODUCT(($I$3:$I$10>=C21)*($I$3:$I$10<=C22))
    Pl note
    Array formula should be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys together.
